We are Scotland’s national development and enhancement agency for colleges and a trusted partner to the sector. We connect and empower the people who make Scotland’s colleges succeed, helping them navigate a rapidly changing environment and strengthen outcomes for learners, employers and communities.
Through #YourCDN, we bring together professional learning, leadership development, networks, events, research, insight and practical resources to help college staff sharpen their skills, spark insights and stay ahead. We support quality learning and teaching, strengthen learning environments and professional services, and develop effective leadership and governance.
Everything we do is focused on empowering people, driving improvement, connecting the sector and focusing our collective efforts where they can have the greatest impact – helping to build a more connected, effective and resilient tertiary education system.
