The 18th century Airthrey Castle is situated at the heart of the University of Stirling’s campus. The castle was extended and remodelled in late Victorian times and has a rich and varied history. Discover more here.
Parking is available directly in front of Airthrey Castle – other parking areas on the campus and close to Airthrey Castle are available next to the University golf course, or at the University Medical Centre. Check out the map below for more info.
Pay and display rates are: Up to 1 hour (£1); 1-3 hours (£2); 3-5 hours (£3); 5+ hours (£5). Blue Badge holders are not required to pay and display. You will need your car licence number to hand for the pay machine. The RingGo app is also available an alternative mode of payment, discover more here.
There are excellent public transport links. From Stirling city centre, you can access First Bus routes UL, 54, 54A, 58, 62, 63 and X39, all of which come on to the Stirling campus.
