Adult Learners – Tell us what you think!

Adults in Scotland are being invited to complete the Adult Learning Survey, to tell us about where they learn, why they learn, when they learn, and how they think their learning experience could be improved.

This survey is being conducted by the Scottish Government, in partnership with Education Scotland and the CLD Standards Council. The information gathered throughout the months of November and December will be used to develop the adult learning strategy for Scotland.

The survey has been designed to capture the views of all adult learners. The team behind the campaign is especially interested in hearing from those who have faced challenges whilst trying to access and progress through learning. They are also keen to hear from adults who are uncertain about their learning journey, as well as from people who would like to learn.

Why an Adult Learning survey?

The Scottish Government recognises the need to develop Adult Learning. They are developing an adult learning strategy and would like to learn more about adult learners, so that they can develop a strategy to meet the needs of learners.

How will the information you provide be used?

The information you provide will be used to make decisions on how to develop the Adult Learning Strategy for Scotland. No personal data will be stored or shared with partners.

The survey will remain live until the end of January 2020.
