The new online series of resources was created to support staff across the college sector working remotely. It is made up of three separate modules:

Working Remotely aimed at all staff. Provides insights and tips on how to manage yourself and your space, so that you can stay focused, effective, and motivated.
Managing Remotely aimed at managers. This module is about managing remotely in a way that builds trust, clarifies expectations, and keeps colleagues engaged.
Leading Remotely aimed at senior leaders. It explores how you can lead remotely, particularly in a crisis, and focuses on ways you can engage everyone around a common purpose with positivity and a solutions focus.
