Head of Partnerships and Communication , Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework Partnership
Julie Cavanagh is Head of Partnerships and Communication with the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework Partnership. She joined the SCQFP 12 years ago having previously worked in the Lifelong Learning Directorate at Scottish Government and before this, in both the English and Scottish education systems. A ten year span in sales and marketing for the private sector also gave her valuable skills and knowledge for her current role.
Her main responsibility with the SCQF Partnership has been to raise awareness of and engagement with the Framework which has been achieved through partnership working and a range of joint projects. Julie oversees all marketing and the development of tools and resources to further aid understanding of and engagement with the Framework including resources for employers to support their recruitment and workforce development practices.
