This Group Coaching programme has been designed to leverage the resources and knowledge of College Leaders from across the sector. Supported by a professional Coach, participants will work in groups of six to identify the most common challenges they are facing and explore ways of working with those challenges. Each group will comprise Leaders from a number of different colleges however, every effort will be made to ensure that participants are working with colleagues who fulfil a similar role.
Duration: 3 x 90-minute sessions
