Coaching for the Future programme
This Group Coaching programme has been designed to leverage the resources and knowledge of College Leaders from across the sector.
Coaching is recognised as an effective tool in supporting the development of leaders and managers in order to enhance individual and team performance. Coaching offers an interactive approach to development with immediate access to tools and resources which can be applied within an environment where support is readily available for the participants.
Supported by a professional Coach, participants will work in groups of six to identify the most common challenges they are facing and explore ways of working with those challenges. This is not a Coach Training programme however, participants will have the opportunity to observe and practice their coaching skills and work with recognised coaching models.
Each group will be comprised of managers from across the sector and every effort will be made to ensure participants are grouped with colleagues who fulfil a similar role.
Start Date: Start dates will be discussed with individual groups.
Delivery Method: Online learning
