This conference was for anyone who is interested improving Early Learning and Childcare experiences and those interested in developing a career in Childcare.We discussed ways to develop an increasingly creative, agile and inspiring early years workforce, that reflects the communities we serve, and which delivers quality services and innovative learning experiences for the early years. A variety of inspirational keynote speakers, interactive workshops and discussions, all of which were relevant for:

- People from all walks of life who are considering a career in this area, this includes men, people from all ethnic groups, and people changing career
