Purpose of the Network
The Strategic HR network represents human resources and organisational development staff in the colleges of Scotland. The Network organises a programme of events and facilitates opportunities for members to meet and discuss particular issues. It also formulates responses to new developments and communicates these to other relevant groups.
Focus of This Session/Current Priorities
- Provide a channel of communication between individuals with responsibility for providing HR support services in the Scottish college sector
- Organise a programme of events
- Facilitate opportunities for members of specific groups of HR practitioners within the college sector to meet and discuss their particular circumstances
- Formulate responses to new developments and communicate these to other relevant groups.
