Scottish Government funding announced for Colleges and their CLD partners to work together to Tackle Child Poverty

The Scottish Government has made up to £300,000 available to the college sector from the Tackling Child Poverty Fund in 2020-21. Applications are invited from colleges and their partners for joint proposals that support young people and young parents who have grown up in poverty to have positive destinations and to build a future for themselves and their families. Proposals will be required to demonstrate how colleges are working with their community learning and development (CLD) partners to maximise impact and sustainability.

More information about how to apply can be found on the Scottish Funding Council website. The closing date for applications is 31 August.
