STEP

STEP (Scotland’s Tertiary Enhancement Programme) is the national enhancement programme for the Scottish tertiary sector. It is designed to enable Scotland’s colleges and universities to work together to improve and enhance learning, teaching, the student experience, and staff development across tertiary provision.

Earn learn college placements

The Earn and Learn College Placements Blueprint for Adult Social Care was developed as a workstream of the Joint Social Services Taskforce (JSST), co-chaired by the Scottish Government and COSLA, which has been taking forward actions on priorities for the social care and social work workforces.

#EqualityMatters Digest

The #EqualityMatters Digest is CDN’s monthly #EqualityMatters resource, designed to support colleges in building inclusive, equitable learning and working environments. Each edition explores a key theme in equity, diversity and inclusion through accessible, clickable infographics, linking directly to events, insights and practical resources. Curated to inspire action and reflection, the digest helps staff at all levels develop the confidence and skills to embed inclusive practice across the sector.
