Have you taken part in a CDN event, course, or programme over the past few years? If so, your experience could help shape the future of professional learning across Scotland’s colleges.
CDN is inviting staff from the college sector to take part in a series of small, online focus groups to explore the real impact of its work. Whether it was an inspiring course, a thought-provoking event, or a programme that changed the way you work, your story matters—and CDN wants to hear it.
The focus groups, titled ‘Understanding the Impact of CDN’, are a chance to reflect on your journey and share the ways CDN has influenced your practice since 2022. Hosted by Arrivo Consulting, the sessions will run on Zoom and last around 60 minutes. Each group will include up to six participants, creating a relaxed and open space for meaningful conversation.
All insights shared will be kept confidential, and anonymised feedback will be used to create an impact report. This report will not only help improve CDN’s future offerings but also celebrate the real-world value of its programmes across the sector.
The focus groups will run from 19 May to 5 June 2025, and you only need to attend one session. A range of time slots is available to fit your schedule. To register for a session, simply choose a time that works for you and sign up below:
