Having been formed in 2013 from the merger of three leading Scottish vocational education and training institutions, Glasgow Kelvin College has been able to bring all the good practice, heritage and pride from its three legacy colleges to create a truly innovative and ambitious community of learning for its students and staff.

The College’s commitment to excellence, progression and enterprise ensures that learners gain the skills and knowledge to enable them to compete in today’s challenging jobs market, or to move on to further, more advanced learning. From the technical disciplines of engineering, science and construction, to the creative industries of jewellery design, fashion, art and music, via humanities, beauty therapy, health and sport, the programme offer at Glasgow Kelvin boasts numerous progression routes, all leading to further study, or to employment.

The College currently operates from five campuses across the north and east of the City.  Each campus is its own cosmopolitan community with students from a wide range of academic and cultural backgrounds mixing and socializing; all adding to the vibrancy and diversity of the College.  With state of the art facilities, an extensive portfolio of courses, and an equally extensive range of entry and exit points, Glasgow Kelvin is uniquely positioned to help learners achieve their potential and realise their ambitions.
