About Us

Situated on six campuses, SRUC, Scotland’s Rural College, is one of the largest institutions of its kind in Europe. The college has expertise in education and research as well as offering excellent links with industry through its consultancy division and business services.

SRUC’s campuses are at:

  • Elmwood, Cupar in Fife
  • Oatridge, Broxburn, West Lothian.

Courses

SRUC offers courses which link to the ways in which we make use of the land and natural resources around us – from agriculture and food production, the science that supports those industries, the way we interact with and support the environment around us, the business and industry which relies on these resources, to how to use outdoor space and the countryside in recreation and leisure time.

Full-time, part-time and distance learning options are available. Undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses are offered, along with a a full range of programmes at all levels from access courses and vocational studies through to PhDs.
