Jim Metcalfe, Chief Executive of College Development Network (CDN) recently participated in a webinar panel, along with Principal at Glasgow Clyde College, Jon Vincent. The session explored current financial factors at play and their implications for Scottish colleges; and the challenges in establishing sustainability for the sector. The session moved on to explore the realities of the performance improvement agenda looked at the strategies colleges might employ to illuminate their way and overcome frustrations that may come out of the these challenging times combined with the desire to move colleges forward with confidence.
